Nurturing the Nurturer: Connecting to Your Inner Child Through Movement

Beginning September 1st, Monday Evenings at 7:30 PM (Virtual)

Being a caregiver often means giving so much of yourself that you lose touch with the playful, creative parts within you. This group is a nurturing space where caregivers can move, play, and reconnect with their inner child—reawakening joy, spontaneity, and self-compassion through creative movement.

Over five 50-minute sessions, you’ll be invited to explore your inner landscape through movement, creativity, and community.

In this group, participants will:

  • Explore gentle movement exercises to release stress and tension.

  • Reconnect with play, imagination, and creativity through guided activities.

  • Reflect on their own childhood experiences and emotional needs.

  • Build emotional resilience and self-nurturance through body awareness.

  • Create a supportive community with other caregivers who understand the journey.

No dance experience is necessary—just a willingness to move and be curious!
